The Bistro culinary team offers opportunities to sharpen your basic skills and take new gourmet skills back home.

Gather for a cooking demonstration on Saturday afternoons or make reservations for an intensive techniques class on Monday or Tuesday evenings.

Our free demonstrations by guest chefs from local restaurants are a favorite time to meet the talent behind the scenes and experience a taste of the North Shore’s finest!
